My University Hospitals Sussex Leads Pioneering Advancements for local NHS healthcare at the Together for Tomorrow Ball

With the inaugural Together for Tomorrow Ball fast approaching on November 3rd, 2023, at the iconic Goodwood House in Chichester, My University Hospitals Sussex would like to take a moment to reflect on why the ball is such a meaningful event in our calendar.

University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is at the forefront of healthcare innovations, and, as the dedicated trust charity, My University Hospitals Sussex is committed to supporting these innovations at every opportunity. We have already invested over £1,000,000 in introducing the Da Vinci Xi Robot Arm, to the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath, making it the first NHS hospital in the entire South East region to offer robotic technology for knee replacements. With further funding from My University Hospitals Sussex, the Trust can establish a fully equipped robotics program, significantly improving patient care by reducing surgery complications and the length of stay in hospital.
